  8. Good set, good mechs. But I do hope that someday, Lego may be comfortable
    with giving their mechs knees, like in the says of Exo-Force. When did
    knees become such a big no-no?

  10. I’ve never actually cared about Nya, for me she was just a plot devise so
    kai would join the team, even as samurai x she seemed extremely useless, i
    think pixel and skylar were better female roles I hope she either dies (so
    the weird love triangle stops) or she just fades into obscurity so better
    charecters can fill her character slot this is just my opinion, no intended
    harm done to Nya fans

    Gundam. I might see if someone will split it with me.

  13. I just got done watching that gritty ‘Power Rangers’ mini-film-thing, and
    the first thing I see are mechs with ninjas piloting them.. as LEGO sets.
    Awesome.
    I like Zane’s Mech a great deal. It’s sleek and futuristic-looking, yet it
    has that classic mech bulk, a cool color scheme of white and silver/bley
    with gold accents, swords, guns, and an awesome head. I wish the spare
    stud-shooter ammo was on the front of the shoulder-cannons, to make them
    look fired up and ready to do some damage, but I imagine it’s a simple
    thing one can do with the set if they want.
    I wish it had knees (how hard would it be to add hinge knees, I wonder?),
    and maybe a little more firepower to take down that bigger mech, but
    overall it’s my favorite thing in the set.

    I like the transformed ghost mech, but I feel the four arms might be a bit
    much. I know it’s been warped by ghost power or whatever, and it’s meant to
    be imposing.. eh, I’ll get over it.
    Look at all that trans-neon-yellowish-green! That is cool, especially
    against the dark blue. I like the color scheme they’ve picked out for the
    ghosts. It’s unique, and I can easily imagine the whole ‘undead’ thing just
    by looking at it. Dig the cowcatchers and the hands, though again.. the
    knees…
    All in all it looks like a formidable foe for the Zane’s.

    Wonder if anyone will use the green goo leg part for some liquid dripping
    in a cave? I’d like to see that happen, it’s a cool part.
    Figures look neat. I don’t get why Zane’s an android but I kind of like it.
    “Ninja X” as always looks cool.

    The Zane Mech is the coolest. Much want.
    I hope LEGO does more like it in the future. I imagine I’d have loads of
    fun with the set as it is, and I bet there’s a ton of kids out there who
    would too.

  16. Is Lego sending these sets to you just to review?, anyways cool set but I
    don’t plan on getting it when it comes out in Washington which probably
    won’t be for a couple of months because my local Fredmires are terrible at
    getting new sets.

  19. Zane will have to outsmart and outmaneuver Bansha and he has help. Box art
    suggests at least one of his mech swords should extend forward instead of
    backward, giving him that missing reach as well as a knife fighter’s
    tactical combination of standard and reverse grip blades.

  22. Zane’s mech is super cool looking. Very sophisticated! I have never really
    been a huge fan of Nya’s one, its a bit clunky for me. Good set!

  25. This would make a spectacular stop motion film! You are right, kids are
    just going to bash them, not stop and move a hinge then move the opposite
    mech’s arm and then fight then repeat! So a stop motion would make it look
    sooo smooth
